Born in Fairview Oklahoma on August 13th, 1983

First got interested in music while attending Brownfield Public Schools. I played french horn in the Spirit of the Plains Band. I knew at this time that I would be pursuing a career in music.

Moved to Ringwood, Ok my freshman year. I graduated in 2002

Attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University 2002 - 2007. I participated in the Pride of the Great Southwest Marching band, Symphonic Band, SWOSU Wind Ensemble, Southwestern Orchestra, SWOSU Men's Chorus and Southwestern Singers.

In the fall of 2007 I student taught at Bray-Doyle Public Schools under the direction of Gretchen Morris. While here I taught all music classes and drove a bus route.

After student teaching I substitute taught one semester at Enid Public Schools before I starting working at Geronimo Public Schools. I taught all music and band classes there as well as drove a bus route and the activity bus for sports.
After working at Geronimo for 1 semester I got married to my lovely wife Mary and we started our cattle business S&J Cattle.

After 2 wonderful years at Geronimo, my wife and I relocated back to Ringwood and I was at hired at Waukomis. I am very happy here at Waukomis and plan to be here as long as I am welcome.
