Unfortunately, we’ve had another positive case of Covid-19 in the elementary. You will receive notification from a school official if your child needs to quarantine. Please keep your child home if he/she isn’t feeling well.

HS basketball tonight at OBA. JV boys at 5:00. Varsity girls begin at 6:30.Masks are required and you will need a ticket to enter the game.
Parents- I've had a lot of questions surrounding the antibodies test and the exemption of quarantining if the antibodies exist. According to the Garfield County Health Department, the state of Oklahoma does not recognize the antibodies as an exemption for quarantine. Therefore, even if antibodies are present students and staff would still need to quarantine if exposed to COVID-19.
Unfortunately, due to multiple positive COVID-19 cases in the elementary the following classrooms will be shut down and students will need to quarantine.
Kindergarten-Ms. Overstreet's students ONLY!
4th Grades-Mrs. Vaught and Mrs. Vanover all students.
6th Grades-All students and teachers.
After consultation with county health officials, these classrooms will be shut down until February 1st. Please monitor for these symptoms: headache, cough, congestion, sore throat, fever, chills or body aches. If these symptoms occur, please, see your medical provider.
In order to slow the spread of COVID-19 throughout the district, please, follow quarantine guidelines set forth by the CDC. If your child doesn't feel well, please, keep them home. We want to continue to have in person learning but will need to do our part in order for that to happen.
HS basketball at OBA tomorrow night. JV boys at 5:00. Varsity girls start at 6:30. Each participant will receive 4 tickets. Masks are required. You must have a ticket to enter the games.
Protocols for the JH Skeltur basketball tournament. They will not require 4 tickets per person, but masks are strongly recommended. Also they ask that as soon as your team has finished participating that you leave as soon as possible to allow others into the gym.
