It’s all quiet now but in a few short hours it’s “Back to School!” School starts at 8:00 but we’ll be taking temperatures at 7:50. Please be patient and we’ll get through this together. It’s not going to be perfect but we’ll work hard to tweak things until we get it perfect. Thank you, parents, for trusting us with your kiddos. Teachers it’s time to change the narrative!! Let’s go!

The $50 fee for Chromebooks is for 7th-12th grade only. Each student will check one Chromebook out for the year & will be responsible it. Students are allowed to use their own device but it must be approved by the principal & has to be able to access Chrome. Sorry for the confusion
Good Evening Parents & Students:
Just wanted to share a few things: 1). Students will have the annual $50 insurance fee for their Chrome-books before they can get this year's Chrome-book checked out to them. So please come prepared to check out your Chrome-book.
2). Due to Covid concerns a microwave will NOT be available to students for lunch. Students will not be able to visit the gym lobby vending machines either, so please plan accordingly.
3). Some school supplies were generously donated and have been placed in the lockers, if there are any items that are not needed for your student's classes, please bring them to Mrs. Broughton in the counseling office, so she can get them to students that do need them.
4). Masks will be worn in all places that social distancing is not possible. This includes entering the building, hallways between classes, to and from lunch, and in smaller classrooms. Teachers have the discretion to request masks be worn in each of their classrooms also.
Sorry for the miscommunication the last two days with the notifications from our App. We have been getting some other notifications come through from other schools. Softball JH and HS games today are still on today with Covington-Douglas. We are working on this issue.

Looking for something to do on a Friday night. We’ve got you covered. HS softball at 4:30 vs Drummond at Covington. HS football will have an intrasquad scrimmage at 7 pm at the football field. Please remember to use appropriate safety measures to protect students, staff and spectators.
