The Special Board Meeting scheduled for 5:30 p.m. this evening will be held in the all-purpose room.

Concurrent and Autry students will continue going to Autry and college during virtual days and we are still transporting students to Autry.

Reminder-Parents if you can swing by the elementary we have breakfast/lunches available for pickup in front of the elementary until 1:00p.m.

The 5/6 grade basketball games at Pioneer tomorrow have been canceled.

Due to the high number of positive COVID cases in our school and the extremely high number of staff and students that must quarantine, we have decided to transition the entire district to virtual/distance learning starting Wednesday, November 18 through Friday, November 20. Breakfast/lunches will be available for pickup starting at 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in front of the elementary school. Please stay in your vehicle. All activities will be rescheduled. The dome/gym will not be available during this time for practice. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. However, the safety of our students/staff comes first.

Unfortunately, WPS has two confirmed positive COVID cases in the elementary. We have begun contact tracing and will notify parents if your child must quarantine. If you do not receive a call from the school then it does affect your child.

If you plan on attending the 5/6 grade basketball games at Pioneer-Pleasant Vale on Wednesday you must wear a mask ang get you temperature checked at the door before entry.

The Cimarron JH basketball tournament scheduled for this week has been canceled. Cimarron Public Schools has went virtual through Thanksgiving Break.

Reminder that today is a district wide virtual day. All school buildings will be closed.
