Parents will need to fill out paperwork prior to this date and send it with the athletes if they will not be here in person. Packets can be picked up in the high school between 10:00 AM -2:00 PM tomorrow and Thursday. They can also be found on our school website under Menu, Documents then Athletic Forms. You will need the following Physical, Cardiac, Concussion, Heat, and Authorization.

REMINDER: Junior High (7th/8th) & High School enrollment begins today 7/27/2021 online. This is not where student’s pick their classes, this is for parents to fill out/update paperwork necessary to start the school year. Parents will log into their Gradebook account (same place you check grades or pay lunches) & select Student Records Portal. If you can’t remember your login info call the High School office or email lesliecue@waukomis.k12.ok.us. Once you login & select Student Records Portal a box will pop up & will direct you to a training video if you need it or you can click remind me later. ALL FORMS must be filled out COMPLETELY or your child will NOT be enrolled & they will not be able to pick their classes on August 3rd. The required forms start at the Lunch Application & go down to the Guardian Attestation, there are 12 forms total & ALL information must be filled out. If the information is not correct & complete it will be sent back to you & your student will be considered not enrolled.

We will be having a football player meeting on Monday, August 9th in the dome. High School at 6:00 p.m. 5th/6th & 7th/8th at 7:15 p.m. This meeting is for all who are playing football this school year. Parents are encouraged to attend. Meet the new coaches, learn about the program going forward and expectations that it takes to be a Chief.

Parents that wish to enroll their student(s) in the Waukomis Virtual School for the 2021-22 school year, please, clink on the link below then scroll down to the Waukomis Virtual Handbook to read and fill out the virtual enrollment forms. Virtual enrollment will only be for 7th-12th graders. Pre-Kindergarten to 6th grade will be in person instruction. Parents I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. It’s time to enroll again. 7th-12th will enroll online this year. This will open on July 27th and run one week. You will need to go to the school website and under parent/student links select grade book. Log in an complete all documents correctly. Students will not be able to select classes until everything is completed. This is for new and returning students. Students can select their classes on August 3rd from 8-12. It’s that time of year!!! We are gearing up for our 8th annual Back to School at the Park.  Free school supplies for all Waukomis school students.  We will be at the park Saturday July 31, from 9-11 to hand these out.  No student will be turned away!!! Come see us.
